Quote Of The Day: |

"It's not what's happening to you now or
what has happened in your past that determines who
you become. Rather, it's your decisions about what
to focus on, what things mean to you, and what
you're going to do about them that will determine
your ultimate destiny."

Internet Marketing
Term Of The Day |
Unique Selling
Proposition (USP):
The Unique Selling Proposition is a marketing concept that was first proposed as a theory to explain a pattern among successful advertising campaigns of the early 1940s. It states that such campaigns made unique propositions to the customer and that this convinced them to switch brand.
In the marketing world, the unique selling proposition is usually referred to as the USP, although currently USP is also used to refer to less well defined concepts. For example, in computer industry the USPs are usually defined as those bullet point items listed on the back of the box.
Today, a number of businesses and corporations currently use
USP's as a basis for their marketing campaigns.
